APRIL IS SECOND CHANCE MONTH

APRIL IS SECOND CHANCE MONTH and today I had the pleasure of attending the Second Chance Celebration event at the Glenwood Recreation Center. I am a strong advocate for second chance programs that help formerly incarcerated individuals to positively re-enter the community and prevent recividism.
