BALLOON RELEASE FOR VICTIMS OF GUN VIOLENCE!

Judge Pemberton joined members of the community in releasing balloons to honor and recognize mothers who are grieving the loss of their children to gun violence and violent acts. This event was coordinated by the NAACP WIN COMMITTEE.
