Today I was interviewed by the host of a local TV show. The topic was "Courage To Rise, Walk, Recover" when dealing with grief!
It will air next year maybe in January-I will keep you posted so you can tune in.
I am very appreciative to have been afforded this opportunity. I was invited on this show back in August but had to decline because it was still very emotional for me to talk about and not break down
I told the host I needed more time and would contact her when I felt that I was ready.
I am proud to say that I did not breakdown during the interview when discussing my son. Something that is still very hard not to do. I spoke about him with fond memories. I know Brian is proud of my healing so far, in losing him. Yes! I believe he is proud of his mom!
