MARCH FOR SECOND CHANCE PROGRAMS!
Judge Pemberton joined the march this morning in support of Second Chance programs! She strongly believes offenders who have paid their debt to society should be given a second chance and commends these programs that assist with re-entry in the community and offering resources to prevent recividism
